




Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and creating reports, dashboards, ETL processes, data loading procedures, reports, and BI environments. * Monitor and resolve errors in ETL processes * Manage deployment processes * Troubleshoot database environments, data integrators, and data visualization tools * Document processes * Maintain the BI environment (SQL servers, integration packages, reports, and dashboards) * Assess the criticality of each incident to resolve them within Service Level Agreements (SLA) and according to business needs * Ensure customer service meets company-defined standards * Provide clear and courteous responses to requesters * Conduct root cause analysis of issues, resolve them, and track their lifecycle until publication * Analyze, propose, and implement improvements to systemic routines to reduce incidents and enhance system quality * Understand business requirements and develop reports/dashboards * Manage crisis situations and work effectively under pressure * Requirements gathering * Data collection and extraction Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Career Development Plan
