The Data Analyst plays a strategic role in data collection and analysis, monitoring sales performance across projects, delivering insights and potential opportunities, and supporting decision-making jointly with the company’s business areas. **What You’ll Do at 30e:** **Building and Monitoring Results** * **Collect and process data, organizing large volumes for pattern identification, generating insights to monitor sales and support corporate decision-making;** * **Update and verify the integrity of sales databases, querying and manipulating SQL databases to conduct preliminary analyses and formulate hypotheses;** * **Forecast event sales trends based on data and analyses;** * **Map social media campaign performance, identifying potential issues and opportunities to derive insights and uncover sales improvement opportunities;** * **Monitor and report on event sales launches;** * **Track box office performance, participating in sales performance review meetings for projects and co-developing action plans with relevant departments;** * **Analyze and report business performance data, preparing reports and presentations with detailed scenario and opportunity analyses to support managerial decisions;** * **Interface with business areas, providing technical, statistical, modeling, and forecasting explanations to ensure continuous tracking of trends;** * **Design and maintain BI (Power BI) dashboards for automated financial tracking;** * **Communicate with senior management, directors, and all business areas—especially regarding sales performance reporting and historical data;** * **Develop sales financial forecasts aligned with trends (Forecasts), delivering data and analyses to enable more efficient financial planning;** * **Analyze the company’s financial performance, generating conclusions that support strategic decision-making;** * **Create multiple scenarios for achieving project financial targets to assess financial risk;** * **Link sales forecasts with financial performance—both profitability and cash flow.** **Requirements:** **What We’d Love You to Have:** * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance (with technology-related coursework); * Advanced Power BI (including DAX expertise); * Advanced Excel; * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis; * Intermediate Python knowledge; * Basic SQL knowledge; * SAP knowledge is a plus; * Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; * Strong analytical skills and data orientation; * Business acumen; * Commitment and high sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating both teamwork and autonomy as required; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you will interact with multiple departments and hierarchical levels across the company). **Benefits:** No benefit specified
