Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and supporting transfer and event services, resolving incidents, and developing staff schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of transfers and tour services 2. Support for event-related services 3. Assistance in developing staff schedules #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of passenger arrival and departure transfers and tour services, taking appropriate actions in case of incidents (e.g., vehicle issues, flight delays, etc.) * Monitoring and support for event-related services (vehicles, drivers, etc.) * Support and follow-up in developing staff schedules * Submitting daily incident reports * Other duties relevant to the position #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of operational and logistics routines. * Ability to work in a team and follow procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Prior experience in operations or logistics. * Knowledge of inventory management systems. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan; * Health and wellness programs; * Educational partnerships; * Life insurance; * Complimentary services from Grupo Luck. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 44 hours per week
