Tronox Pigmentos do Brasil S/A is seeking a **Communication Intern** to work within the team responsible for internal communication channels and initiatives at the Camaçari unit. We seek someone with strong interest in corporate communication, a creative mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow to meet increasingly challenging responsibilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** The intern will **support** the HR and Communication team in the following activities: * Researching and writing texts about internal actions/events/campaigns; * Producing promotional materials for internal audiences; * Updating internal communication channels, including electronic ones. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Student pursuing a degree in **Journalism** or **Public Relations (from the 3rd semester onward)**. **Technical Skills:** * Strong writing and narrative skills for internal communication (under supervision). * Proficiency in Canva (a plus). * Familiarity with digital tools and interest in multi-platform communication. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Creativity, curiosity, and commitment to results. * Proactivity and autonomy in seeking information and proposing solutions. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences and hierarchical levels (administrative and operational). **Additional Information** Medical Assistance; Life Insurance; Chartered Transportation; On-site Meals; On-site Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic Care; Wellhub (Gympass); Functional Training/Running Club; Psychological, social, financial, and legal assistance via toll-free number. **Tronox is the world’s leading vertically integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) pigment and other materials that provide brightness and durability to everyday products.
