Laboratory Assistant – R&D Location: Lauro de Freitas/BA – On-site Company: Primola Brasil Employment type: CLT About the opportunity We are seeking an organized, curious professional with interest in fragrance and product development to join our Research and Development team. This position will be responsible for supporting laboratory routines, preparing formulations, maintaining technical organization of the laboratory, and providing support to area projects, working closely with various processes related to fragrance development. Key responsibilities * Support reproduction and standardization of formulations according to internal protocols; * Apply fragrances to different bases; * Assist in project closure, including preparation and organization of technical documentation; * Perform control and traceability of re-samples destined for customers; * Conduct solubility, stability, and compatibility tests; * Support organization and maintenance of laboratory operational conditions; * Manage inventory of raw materials and laboratory supplies; * Support technical receipt, verification, and storage of raw materials; * Monitor internal laboratory processes, indicators, and continuous improvement activities; * Support procurement requests for packaging, glassware, and laboratory equipment. Requirements * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Technology, Cosmetology, or related fields; * Interest in Research and Development; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Preferred qualifications * Laboratory experience, particularly in cosmetics or fragrances; * Knowledge of good laboratory practices; * Interest in the fragrance segment and innovation.
