**About the Position:**
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and passionate individual about digital marketing to join our team as a Paid Media / Performance Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want hands-on learning about acquisition strategies, campaign optimization, and data analysis in digital environments.
About the Area
The Paid Media and Performance team is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital media channels—with a focus on lead generation, sales, and data-driven business growth.
**Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Genuine interest in digital marketing, paid media, and data;
* Basic knowledge (even if theoretical) of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid traffic;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn;
* Analytical mindset and logical reasoning;
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Support in planning, creating, and optimizing paid media campaigns;
* Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.);
* Assist in analyzing campaign reports and results;
* Conduct A/B tests of ads, audiences, and creatives;
* Support account and campaign organization across platforms;
* Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Design teams;
* Assist in budget control and investment tracking.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Courses or certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing;
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4;
* Familiarity with Excel;
* Understanding of sales funnels, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
**Requirements:**
* Must reside in Salvador/BA (hybrid work model: 1 day per week onsite);
* Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, and/or Communications;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Availability for a 5-hour internship schedule.
