Opportunity to develop and grow through training and mentoring **Job Category** ================ Production \& Skilled Trades**Position Summary** ==================== 0**Responsibilities** ==================== Performs activities and tasks by making decisions based on safety, quality, data collection and analysis, field analysis, internal standards, internal procedures, and standard practices. Controls and monitors processes according to product and/or process specifications; Conducts product and/or process experiments following process parameters defined by engineers; Collects data for machine, process, and product qualification based on statistical capability studies and standard practices; Collects data during the initial phase of a new product before its release for regular production; Participates in, recommends, and/or implements solutions during quality meetings, section analysis, waste analysis, and TMA meetings, based on data analysis and field verification; Collects data periodically for process capability studies; Handles shipments of experimental materials and tires; Participates in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., kaizen, CFT, and Six Sigma); **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing preferred. Education: Completed high school with technical vocational training.
