**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administer the processing of laboratory tests (sample receipt, analysis, result release); Manage inventory of laboratory supplies; Guide and supervise sample collection technicians; Maintain contact with partner laboratories; Analyze test results with the medical team; Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); Implement laboratory improvement initiatives; Perform other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, or Pharmacy. Experience in laboratory operations and molecular testing.
