All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify operational planning and loading scheduling. * Conduct checks of all resources required to begin operations. * Inspect vehicle and driver documentation upon arrival. * Confirm correct positioning and ensure precise, controlled dosing according to bag size in the truck via proper chute placement. * Maintain communication with the flow controller and halt operations immediately if any abnormality occurs. * Secure, tie down, and tarp trucks when necessary. * Inform drivers about entry and exit procedures for the loading area. * Monitor bag positioning on the truck bed and inspect the bed's condition. * Verify invoices, cargo types, weights, destinations, and packaging. * Check product quality, observing granulometric uniformity. * Immediately notify CSPA supervision of any plant stoppages due to issues. * Keep the work area organized and clean. * Record operational stoppages at the scale and register them. * Participate in developing departmental procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Requirements: * Education Level: High School Diploma; * Desired: * Approximately 1 year of experience; * Skills: * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Agility; * Physical fitness; * Critical analysis; **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7, with total confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
