Technical supervision, material takeoff for procurement, supervision and inspection of industrial assembly, coordination of third-party companies, measurement of completed work, quality control of assembly, quality control and inspection, ensuring correct equipment installation and industrial assembly according to design specifications, analysis of spare parts requisitions for the industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** Install and assemble mechanical equipment and systems, adhering to technical and safety standards; inspect equipment and installations operating under advanced conditions to identify and repair faults; perform assembly, adjustment, maintenance, development, and modification tasks related to mechanical maintenance projects; verify materials and components prior to installation; assess site conditions for machine and equipment installation; monitor service execution schedules and document completed maintenance activities; prepare reports for performance tracking, maintain schedule flexibility and availability, among other duties; perform all job-related activities in strict compliance with the organization’s occupational health, safety, and environmental standards, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; promptly report to immediate supervisors any activity posing risks to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for workplace safety through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately inform the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields), with substantial experience in supervising industrial equipment assembly and installation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and planning and monitoring schedules and budgets. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Orienteme; Edupass; Gympass; On-site Meals; Free Transportation.
