The following will be considered advantageous: * Providing customer service to clients entering the showroom, applying the manufacturer’s standard methodology through a friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous demeanor, grounded in solid product knowledge, identifying customer needs, and presenting the product portfolio and benefits to ensure deal closure and achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives, as well as targets set by the Commercial Directorate. * Demonstrating the advantages of the BMW brand during customer interactions, using comparative analysis against other brands to foster customer delight and facilitate sales. * Informing customers about the Group’s commercial policies to ensure high-quality service and safeguard the Group’s credibility. * Arranging financing through direct negotiation with customers to determine the optimal financing calculation for the product, meeting customer expectations, enhancing satisfaction, and securing deal closure. * Achieving monthly sales targets while balancing volume, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), profitability, accessories, F\&I (Finance and Insurance), and services to meet both corporate and individual goals. * Acting consultatively with customers to understand and address their needs, supporting them throughout the decision-making process—including leveraging expertise in financial mathematics, F\&I, the financial market, and the premium segment. * Demonstrating mastery and in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits, including store pricing and terms of sale, as well as those of competitors, to enhance precision in sales processes and achieve sales targets. * Daily monitoring and management of your schedule via the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (SYONET/BIC), proactively prospecting to attract and generate business opportunities aligned with the Group’s commercial objectives. 2512060202191849593
