Job Summary: Responsible for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources and services, interpreting technical drawings to assemble, install, and maintain electrical systems. Focus on continuous improvement and process quality * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Interpret technical drawings and electrical projects for system installation; * Assemble and install medium- and low-voltage electrical panels; * Install electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, transfer switches, among others; * Receive the project, request and verify materials according to the bill of materials; * Perform pre-assembly of rails and cable trays, distribute all components on the mounting board, and identify all electrical components; * Install electrical cables, connections, and terminals in accordance with project specifications; * Perform periodic and corrective maintenance on electrical systems; * Strictly comply with electrical safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Implement action plans and departmental procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and targets; * Perform other related activities, at the discretion of immediate supervision; * Stay updated on technological advances relevant to your field of expertise, aiming at professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for improvements in equipment and processes, contributing to continuous improvement; * Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Carry out actions that promote continuous improvement of company process performance; * Guarantee and comply with the company’s quality policy and execute work instructions and quality management system procedures; * Support immediate supervision on matters inherent to your area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted, focusing on KPIs.
