The following will be considered advantageous: * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, either in progress or completed. * Experience in administrative routines within the Purchasing, Procurement, or Warehouse departments. * Issuing and registering invoices in the system and uploading these invoices to the respective portals (insurance company and/or vehicle manufacturer). * Systematically organizing and archiving physical and digital documents. * Providing efficient and courteous customer service, handling telephone calls and responding to emails, forwarding requests as needed. * Coordinating with suppliers and service providers regarding the delivery of materials and services when necessary, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines. * Maintaining and controlling departmental spreadsheets, including making adjustments and updates. * Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and routine administrative documents. * Monitoring and controlling office supplies and other inventory items, placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries when necessary. * Preserving equipment and tools provided for your role, committing to the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), demonstrating care for company assets to ensure resource maintenance. * Keeping your immediate supervisor informed about the progress of tasks under your responsibility, seeking solutions to problems encountered, thereby enabling effective management oversight of activities. * Performing other tasks delegated by the area manager. * Respecting the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and governmental bodies, thereby ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. 2512060202191849579
