The Via de Acesso Institute, in partnership with the company **INGRAM MICRO**, is selecting young people interested in and available to participate in the Administrative Apprentice Program. **Responsibilities and duties** ACTIVITIES THAT THE APPRENTICE WILL CARRY OUT: Describe the daily activities to be performed: Document verification against purchase orders; opening the manufacturer’s invoice and verifying product and quantity purchased against the submitted purchase order; manufacturers Aruba and Axis. This activity will be taught and supervised by procurement staff. Depending on potential and interest, the apprentice may also learn procurement processes, including sending purchase orders to manufacturers. **Requirements and qualifications** **A program that promotes social and professional inclusion of young people in the workforce.** Young people currently enrolled in or who have already completed high school or technical education. Young people aged 18 to under 23 years (due to health hazards and/or occupational risks, and contract duration). Documents: ID card/CPF/Work Card – physical or digital; Voter Registration Card – physical or digital; desirable and military service certificate for males.
