We are seeking a **General Services Assistant** to **perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks in both internal and external areas of the dealership, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and suitable environment for employees and customers. Job Responsibilities Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening; Conduct interviews for operational positions, under supervision; Handle inquiries and respond to messages via WhatsApp; Assist in organizing digital documents and files; Participate in internal meetings and interviews, supporting scheduling and organization; Support administrative routines of the department. Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Intermediate Excel skills. Preferred (not mandatory) Prior experience with Human Resources routines or interviews for operational positions. Work Location Remote work.
