Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in inventory control and analysis * Knowledge of inventory management, inventory turnover, and logistics KPIs * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level) * Experience with SAP system (preferred) * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records * Conduct analyses of inventory receipts, issues, losses, and adjustments * Perform periodic inventories (rotating and full) and investigate discrepancies * Monitor product turnover, minimum and maximum stock levels, preventing stockouts or overstocking * Prepare managerial reports and inventory performance KPIs * Support procurement and replenishment planning based on consumption and demand analysis * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales departments * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and inventory control policies * Identify opportunities for improvement in warehousing and inventory control processes
