Opportunities for technical development and professional support **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you operate with a focus on the customer and innovation, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, work multidisciplinarily, collaboratively, pragmatically, and results-oriented—taking ownership of delivery—learn more about our **Junior Technical Projects Analyst** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Brumado\- Bahia * Working hours: Administrative * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support the development of technical projects according to defined premises. * Supervise equipment, materials, and miscellaneous items in the mechanical package (see above) during assembly at the OEM, ensuring strict adherence to project standards, drawings, and other documents. * Interface with RHIM Engineering to ensure all technical clarifications are properly addressed, following established project workflows and timelines. * Ensure the OEM complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines. * Analyze and respond promptly to OEM RDOs (Request for Deviation/Clarification), and interface with Planning/Contracts if issues arise that may lead to potential claims. * Verify, certify, and sign off on OEM-issued post-activity protocols (e.g., mechanical completion, hydrostatic testing, etc.). * Provide technical support to project leaders by participating in meetings, site visits, and proposing improvements. * Monitor production, assembly, and testing, implementing adjustments and improvements as needed. * Receive, analyze, and interpret commercial opportunities in specific systems. * Record project documents, hours, and activities in appropriate systems. * Calculate quantities of proprietary and third-party materials. * Submit projects to requesters for validation of requirements. * Perform technical calculations, such as thermal and structural analyses. * Execute tasks per plan, with technical supervision when required. * Support more experienced professionals to foster technical development. * Implement and monitor departmental work plans and procedures. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Resilient, analytical, and planning-oriented profile, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar technical drawing tools.
