Responsible for issuing and managing contracts and collections **About the Role** The Closing Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all completed sales are properly formalized—through signed contracts, accurate collections, and organized documentation—thereby guaranteeing legal security, billing efficiency, and excellence in immediate post-sales support. This is a pivotal role connecting the Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, directly involved in the final stage of the sales process. ***Key Responsibilities*** Issue, send, and manage purchase and sale contracts for livestock and products Collect down payments according to agreed commercial terms Collect and track contract signatures Draft, manage, and control contractual amendments (amounts, deadlines, terms, or parties) Manage third-party delivery contracts, ensuring clarity of responsibilities Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve pending issues preventing deal closure Support the Finance team with information required for invoicing, receivables, and reconciliations Identify contractual risks and flag necessary adjustments prior to final formalization ***Technical Requirements*** Experience with commercial contracts or administrative/commercial routines Basic knowledge of legal and contractual processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously Familiarity with CRM, Google Workspace, and electronic signature platforms ***Behavioral Competencies*** Organized and methodical profile Clear and concise communication Commitment to deadlines Ability to manage shifting priorities Collaborative attitude toward the Commercial team Critical mindset regarding risks and inconsistencies * ***Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in agribusiness, auctions, or marketplaces Experience in collections or financial control Experience handling high-volume contract workflows Knowledge of livestock or rural asset purchase and sale contracts
