**Job Description**
The Workshop Manager will be responsible for leading the workshop team, monitoring the execution of automotive services, guiding mechanics and assistants, ensuring service quality, and supporting workshop organization and productivity. They will also oversee vehicle diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise the workshop team
* Monitor diagnostics and execution of mechanical services
* Ensure quality and organization of performed services
* Assist in task distribution among the team
* Oil and filter changes
* Wheel alignment and balancing
* Tire replacement and mounting
* Light bulb and wiper blade replacement
* Fuel filter replacement
* Replacement of control arm bushings, pivot pins, and shock absorbers
* Brake pad replacement
* Air conditioning filter replacement
* Ozone cleaning
* Additive replacement
* Cooling system cleaning
* Adhere to workshop safety and productivity standards
**Requirements**
* Experience in the automotive mechanical field
* Leadership experience is a plus
* Completed high school education
* Commitment and responsibility
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Compliance with safety regulations
**Compensation**
Fixed salary + commission
**Working Hours**
Rotating schedule 6x1: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
**Employment Type**
Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$2.500,00 per month
