Requirements: * Serve as a technical reference in software quality * Define automated and manual testing strategies, ensuring coverage and traceability. * Implement and maintain continuous testing (CI/CD) pipelines integrated with delivery workflows. * Support development teams in root cause analysis of incidents and bugs. * Define and monitor quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, production bugs, mean time to resolution). * Conduct test code reviews and promote QA best practices. * Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to validate requirements and acceptance criteria. * Act as a guardian of quality culture and observability across test and production environments. Requirements and Qualifications: * CTAL-TA/TM certification preferred * Solid experience in test automation (UI, API, integration, regression) * Proficiency with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Appium, or similar * Knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) * Experience with version control (Git) and continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) * Hands-on experience with performance testing * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience with AI agent testing routines Soft Skills: * Clear and collaborative communication with cross-functional squads * Investigative and proactive mindset * Ability to propose continuous improvements and share knowledge * Results-oriented approach with systemic business vision Differentiators: * Certifications (ISTQB, CTFL or equivalent) * Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Software development experience in languages such as Python, PHP, Node, Java, or similar * Experience in security testing Benefits: So, does this resonate with you?
