Interested? **Join the Ceisc team!** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Plan, design (UI/UX), and build high-performance landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, and, when necessary, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customizations. * Translate marketing concepts and objectives into visually appealing, intuitive, and conversion-focused interfaces. * Implement and maintain web components with clean, semantic code, ensuring accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals), and cross-browser compatibility. * Ensure all pages are fully responsive, delivering a consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. * Collaborate with design, copywriting, and development teams to integrate layouts with systems and APIs, with ability to read and edit code. * Maintain, update, and optimize existing pages to improve performance and user experience. * Apply brand visual identity across all web projects, ensuring consistency and quality. **To be a great fit for us, you need:** * Proven experience designing and building pages with WordPress and Elementor—or similar no-code builders. * A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in creating landing pages, sales pages, and web projects. * Proficiency with prototyping and interface design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. * Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for integrations and deeper customization—ability to go beyond visual tools when needed. * Understanding of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) best practices. * Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices. * Familiarity with web performance: minification, lazy loading, image optimization, and Google PageSpeed metrics. * Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly. * Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with commitment to deadlines and deliverables. * Proactivity and creativity to propose innovative solutions. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience integrating forms, tracking pixels, and marketing automation tools. * Prior experience working alongside commercial and marketing teams on acquisition projects and funnel development. **Joining the Ceisc team means access to:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Career development program; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday day off; * SESC membership; * Free access to Ceisc courses; * 50% discount on Ceisc postgraduate programs. **Our workplace offers:** * A fully equipped kitchen; * Complimentary coffee and chimarrão; * Espresso machine; * Ceisc library; * Annual awards; * Mental health and wellness initiatives; * Workshops and programs for human development; * Monthly birthday celebrations with fellow team members. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Shift:** Morning | Afternoon **Work location:** Av.
