We value autonomy, learning, and execution—with **direct involvement in technical and strategic decisions**, as well as **flexible working hours**. **Responsibilities** * Develop, evolve, and maintain complex applications on the **Bubble** platform (front-end, logic, and data). * Design **data architecture**, business rules, workflows, and integrations with an emphasis on scalability and performance. * Implement and maintain **API integrations** (REST), webhooks, and automations with external tools. * Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and data consistency issues. * Define and apply best practices (database structure, naming conventions, reuse, componentization, versioning, and testing). * Support discovery and technical specification alongside the team (scope breakdown, estimation, and prioritization). * Document technical decisions, workflows, and standards to ensure project continuity. **Requirements** * Solid production experience with **Bubble**. * Proficiency in **workflows**, **database**, privacy rules, optimization, and Bubble performance best practices. * Experience integrating and consuming **APIs**, authentication, webhooks, and external tools. * Experience with testing, monitoring, and security best practices (LGPD, access control, privacy). * Ability to architect solutions with a **product-oriented mindset**, emphasizing quality and scalability. * Strong communication skills, autonomy, and organizational ability. * **English proficiency is mandatory** for **technical reading, client conversations, and meetings** (documentation, tools, and professional interaction). **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with SaaS products, user journeys, and metrics (activation, retention, conversion). * Basic understanding of UX/UI and design systems. * Experience with Supabase. * Knowledge of JavaScript. * Experience developing Bubble plugins. * Familiarity with complementary tools (Zapier/Make, Airtable, Supabase, etc.). **What We Offer** * **CLT** employment contract. * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance. * Birthday day off. **Location** **Hybrid in Campinas**, with the possibility of **2 remote days per week**. **How to Apply** Apply here or send your **resume**, and if possible, a **portfolio** (apps, links, case studies, or project descriptions) via the website: **www.cazin.co/careers/dev-bubble-pleno** Let’s build robust and scalable products—fast and with quality.
