




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling and organizing warehouse stock, verifying goods, operating forklifts, and managing material requisitions and inventories. What are the challenges for this role: * Controlling inbound and outbound flow of goods in the warehouse; * Verifying received goods against invoices and the company's internal system; * Receiving and verifying sacks and pallets according to the Work Instruction applicable at the headquarters and branch; * Receiving and verifying additives according to the Work Instruction applicable at the headquarters and branch; * Organizing received goods within the warehouse; * Operating forklifts during receipt of packaging and pallets; * Refueling diesel oil for wheel loaders, machinery, and generators; * Receiving diesel oil and gases in compliance with safety regulations; * Supporting periodic sack inventory counts to reconcile physical and accounting stock levels at headquarters and branch; * Receiving and entering invoices (DANFE) into the system; * Fulfilling material requisitions from all departments across the company (delivering materials directly or forwarding requests to the procurement department when necessary); * Issuing orders and transferring sacks between headquarters and branch; * Unrolling and opening truck lids for sack receipt; * Registering service invoices after approval by maintenance or by the person who requested the service; * Supporting maintenance activities by providing materials and tools, including recording stock reductions upon each material delivery via system requisition (at the warehouse and at the storage area adjacent to the Labeling Center); * Sorting used materials received from other departments and delivered to the warehouse for proper disposition; * Assisting in monitoring inventory items and requesting replenishment when stock falls below the company-established minimum level; * Accounting for purchase requisitions, allocating costs to respective company departments. 251124020246566845
