Job Summary: Coordinate grain receiving, storage, and dispatch with a focus on quality and efficiency, including weighing, grading, and transportation logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate grain receiving, storage, and dispatch with quality assurance. 2. Perform weighing and grading of grains (SOYBEANS, CORN, WHEAT). 3. Manage grain transportation logistics and quality control. Coordinate grain receiving with quality assurance, manage inventory control, and dispatch according to established standards to maximize operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct inbound and outbound weighing of grains and other materials (fertilizers, residues, etc.); Perform grain grading (SOYBEANS, CORN, WHEAT, AND OTHERS); Coordinate with freight carriers to optimize logistics and secure competitive freight rates for shipments; Execute loading of purchased grains available at producers’ farms and third-party warehouses; Organize and verify daily documentation related to grain inbound and outbound movements; Maintain quality control during receiving and dispatch. **Requirements and Qualifications** Customer service experience; Knowledge of grain grading is preferred; **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Unimed Health Insurance Plan; Dental Insurance Plan; Life Insurance; Excellent Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); Education Assistance.
