A culture of care, innovation, and social responsibility We are looking for a **Young Apprentice** to join our External Customer Service Center team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Delight customers in daily activities; * Assist with organizing documents and files; * Update spreadsheets and internal systems; * Support departmental administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 14 and 24 years (per the apprenticeship program); * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Basic Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; **Additional Information** **Location: Porto Alegre/RS** **Work Mode: In-person** **Shift: Morning/Afternoon \- 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:30 to 17:30** What excites you?
