Maintain active contact with candidates **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the recruitment and selection process for technology roles (e.g., development, data, infrastructure, etc.). Screen resumes, align candidate profiles with job requirements, and schedule interviews. Create and post job openings on specialized platforms, social media, and technology communities. Maintain active communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the selection process. Participate in initial interviews and support the evaluation of soft and hard skills. Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidate information is well-organized. Prepare simple progress reports and recruitment metrics. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing acceptable). Interest in recruiting technology professionals and familiarity with the IT market. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse candidate profiles. Organized and detail-oriented to ensure efficiency in selection processes.
