This person will take ownership of selection processes—from alignment with leadership to delivery of finalist candidates—and contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthening of our employer brand. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes ownership of their open positions, and constantly seeks to improve R\&S processes. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** ------------------------------ * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment processes—from profile alignment with leadership to delivery of finalists; * Conduct active candidate hunting and screening, applying a critical and strategic mindset; * Conduct competency-based interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit; * Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process; * Lead onboarding for new hires, supporting integration and adaptation; * Collaborate closely with leadership to support more accurate hiring decisions; * Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies; * Strengthen MK’s relationships with universities, local communities, and partners; * Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting company culture. ✨ Here, R\&S is not just about filling positions—it’s about building high-performing teams that deliver real business impact. **What We Expect From You** --------------------------- * Experience leading recruitment processes; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple positions/processes simultaneously; * Agility and sense of priority; * Analytical capability to support hiring decisions; * Experience with recruitment tools/systems; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Experience working in technology, SaaS, or telecom companies.
