Nurture customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline Responsibilities **Role Mission:** Drive revenue through active prospecting and on-site technical consulting, ensuring high-impact equipment rental solutions for customers. **Key Challenges:** * **Prospecting & Closing:** Identify new opportunities and convert proposals into contracts. * **On-Site Consulting: Conduct technical visits to construction sites to specify shoring solutions.** * **Portfolio Management: Nurture customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline via CRM.** * **Internal Processes: Prepare commercial proposals and submit technical requests in the system.** Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. A Technical Course in Building Construction is considered a plus. Valid Driver's License Category B.
