Job Summary: The Regional Commercial Supervisor will ensure customer satisfaction, manage team goals, engage with the community, and drive growth of the customer portfolio—reinforcing the brand and controlling the budget. Engage the company within the community and expand the customer portfolio What you need to become a **Regional Commercial Supervisor** at the fastest-growing company in Brazil's South Region *\#VemSerOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery; * Be accountable for achieving team goals, analyzing and managing KPIs such as NPS, Market Share, among others; * Engage the company with the local community and institutions, ensuring expansion and retention of the customer portfolio; * Conduct commercial activities in condominiums and/or other suitable locations to support demographic growth; * Update and actively participate in marketing campaigns; * Reinforce the brand by analyzing competing companies; * Safeguard company assets, manage inventory control, and submit requests for materials and services; * Control the budget to achieve efficiency with minimal expenditure; * Manage people—including attendance tracking, medical certificates, vacation scheduling, time-off management, and compliance with internal policies and regulations; * Prospect individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) clients; * Assess team training and retraining needs; * Maintain active relationships with all departments across the company; * Receive documents and official notifications; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in Santa Vitória do Palmar/RS; * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Telecommunications, or related fields; * Experience in commercial operations, people management, and customer success; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (categories B or AB); * Availability for flexible working hours and business travel. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Fixed salary \+ variable compensation * Meal allowance * Health insurance plan * Institutional plan discount for Osir employees who are also customers * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always By Your Side! * Benefits club offering discounts at educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other partner businesses.
