Perform basic diagnostics for faults. Replace components such as screens, batteries, and connectors. Test devices after repair. Organize tools and workbench. Record completed services and service orders. Serve customers with basic guidance. Assist in component and inventory control. Follow technical procedures and safety standards. Previous experience as a Mobile Phone Maintenance Technician, Technical Support Assistant, Maintenance Analyst, or Equipment Maintenance Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
