Focus on sustainable and efficient energy sector solutions An energy engineering company specializing in energy is seeking a Junior O\&M Technician in Rio Grande (Senandes). STEAG is an energy sector company focused on sustainable and efficient solutions. With an innovative approach, it aims to contribute to the energy transition and environmental protection. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines. Conduct internal and external inspections of wind turbine components. Monitor and supervise blade inspections and repairs. Properly document all services provided through technical reports and work orders. Comply with and ensure integrity guidelines, compliance requirements, as well as the company's HSE standards and procedures. Work at heights above ground level, including climbing via elevator and/or access ladders. Perform confined space activities. Act as supervisor for O\&M assistants during task execution. Work in energized environments and perform high-voltage switching operations. Previous experience as an O\&M Technical Assistant, Junior Maintenance Technician, O\&M Operations Assistant, or O\&M Intern may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed technical education required. Relevant experience necessary. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 4,000.00 * Benefits disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent - On-site. * Duration: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18.
