**[Services] Services Coordinator** ======================================= TOTVS | Porto Alegre - RS | Hybrid Job Description Job Mission Responsible for developing and training the team of analysts and specialists, ensuring a balanced skill pyramid while continuously pursuing cost control and competitiveness in project delivery. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Monitor resource allocation levels within the unit/segment, aiming to reduce idle time and developing strategies to optimize and increase chargeability, with a focus on revenue generation, NPS, and team development; + Guide TOTVERS assigned to the project(s)/service(s) under your responsibility, ensuring continuous feedback, orientation for task execution, and pursuit of ongoing career development for the team. Use the Career Path as the basis for delivering feedback; + Promote team development in both hard and soft skills, aligned with the desired career path. Deliver feedback regularly and participate in performance evaluation committees; + Understand and uphold standard work processes, ensuring compliance with certifications and policies (both internal and external), aligned with company and segment definitions, through study and application of practices with your teams; + Build and maintain a high-performance team by identifying required profiles and selecting suitable candidates; + Cascade company and unit/area goals to the team to achieve strategic results; + Present metrics and indicators (when necessary) to teams, leaders, and other stakeholders; + Conduct onboarding for new employees and implement motivation and engagement initiatives. Analyze eligibility for salary actions and recognition programs (training and appreciation initiatives); + Ensure compliance with labor legislation by monitoring overtime, vacations, terminations, time banks, retirement, and other matters related to Brazilian labor law; + Disseminate TOTVS culture and serve as a role model for ethical values; + Promote and lead improvements to internal processes and procedures within the unit and across TOTVS to enhance quality, efficiency, and team development; + Monitor your unit’s performance indicators and ensure achievement of targets assigned to your unit, performing follow-up and implementing preventive actions to guarantee attainment of established objectives; + Ensure the Services Career Path is being used and support necessary updates. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced Google Workplace suite; Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA — currently enrolled preferred. * Project management experience — preferred; * BPM, PMO, Agile, ITIL, or SCRUM methodologies — preferred. * Languages: English or Spanish — preferred.
