Job Summary: Manage delivery operations, monitor in real time, support teams, schedule deliveries, optimize routes, and analyze costs to achieve logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Performance monitoring and continuous improvement. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage delivery operations (routes), ensuring real-time monitoring and tracking. Provide immediate support to field teams and support groups (Logistics and Commercial), ensuring operational fluidity. Plan and schedule deliveries with strategic customers. Arrange accommodations (hotels) for delivery personnel and sales representatives according to route planning. Register and maintain an updated database of accommodation providers. Define and optimize route scheduling to enhance operational efficiency. Control and analyze costs of additional freight, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. Issue and close the Electronic Fiscal Document Manifest (MDFe) according to outbound and return operations. Monitor delivery performance indicators, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs). Forecast demand to improve accuracy in logistics planning. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution. Experience managing operational teams. Knowledge of route planning and delivery control. Completed high school education; Familiarity with MDFe issuance and fiscal procedures related to transportation. Analytical skills for cost and indicator control.
