In this role, you will make a difference through the following activities: Develop workshop lesson plans aligned with the Social Center’s reference documents; Facilitate workshops, mediating knowledge construction while promoting learner development, social inclusion, community development, and socio\-occupational adaptation—using appropriate languages, media, and technologies consistent with the pedagogical framework of the project you are assigned to; Investigate and reflect on your educational practices, staying current with trends in education and social assistance fields, thereby generating innovative knowledge and pedagogical practices compatible with institutional guidelines. **Requirements** -------------- At the Marist network, we seek individuals who believe in education as a transformative force.
