Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Leader to manage teams, contributing to performance, engagement, and development within the area, with a focus on people management and process optimization. Here, the Leader plays a critical role at \#KeplerWeber, directly contributing to the performance, engagement, and development of our teams** **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Promote people management within your area of responsibility, encouraging team development through technical and behavioral guidance aimed at maintaining work quality, safety, and productivity. * Plan, monitor, and direct available resources using planning indicators to ensure progress toward area goals and results. * Analyze daily production and quality reports provided by the support team to identify deviations from standards in the production process and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Provide necessary information to the next shift supervisor via reports and verbal briefings to ensure seamless and accurate continuation of the entire process. * Compile production data and equipment performance monitoring information through reports and manual entries to support overall production control. * Support your team and third-party teams under your responsibility regarding equipment operation, guiding necessary interventions to maintain process continuity while meeting quality and safety requirements. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Experience in people management; * Knowledge of Logistics; * Lean tools knowledge is desirable.
