Analysis, assembly, and testing of telephone systems Opportunity: **IT Technician** **Responsibilities**: On-site customer service to resolve their issues; Installation and configuration of general equipment and devices, including computer hardware, peripherals, multimedia devices, and networking devices; Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems, software, and related applications; Installation, replacement, and testing of alarm sensors, CCTV, and other physical security equipment; Repairs, tests, analyses, configurations, and component replacements for IT and electronic equipment when necessary; Forwarding IT and electronic equipment for repair under warranty; Analysis, assembly, configuration, and testing of telephone systems; Management of received service tickets according to SLA and routing procedures; Adherence to guidelines and recommendations from the Administrative Headquarters’ Technology Department; Documentation of procedures and solutions to facilitate future diagnostics and problem resolution; Staying updated on relevant technological trends and advancements in the workplace; Identification of opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency. Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Provision of on-site technical support to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction; Willingness to travel and work at various locations as required. **Knowledge and Skills** We seek a dynamic individual with strong communication ability and analytical and problem-solving skills.
