We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to reinforce our safety culture and contribute to strategic analysis and resource optimization. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies; * Participate in the preparation of risk reports and analyses; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents; * Recommend preventive and control measures for health, safety, and environment; * Conduct training on regulatory standards (NRs) as required by the company; * Manage occupational safety training records, verifying their validity per regulatory standards; * Conduct safety dialogues with company employees at headquarters and work sites; * Perform technical inspections at work sites, identifying hazardous conditions and taking necessary actions to eliminate such situations; * Conduct safety inductions for employees and third-party contractors; * Provide technical advisory support in occupational safety; * Assist in developing occupational safety programs and reports; * Inspect occupational safety items on company machinery and equipment; * Maintain employee PPE records. **Requirements** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience in cargo handling; * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs); * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
