Job Summary: This professional will coordinate teams, manage goods receipt and dispatch, ensure warehouse organization, guarantee compliance with safety regulations, and oversee team development and motivation. Employee development and motivation **Join the Passarela team!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating the work team in the processes of receiving, dispatching, and checking goods received from the distribution center (DC), branches, and suppliers, as well as goods destined for them; * Ensuring that all invoices recorded in the system have been matched with physical goods and that their delivery receipts are signed; * Always verifying the expiration date, quality, temperature, and packaging of received goods; * Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness to facilitate store restocking; * Managing product exchanges and coordinating respective returns to suppliers; * Ensuring rotation of received products in the warehouse to prevent expiration; * Working in compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents or theft; * Collaborating with HR on hiring new employees for the department; * Overseeing onboarding training for new employees in the department; * Conducting functional follow-up for each new employee during their probationary period; * Monitoring overtime hours and time cards for each employee to avoid errors; * Issuing warnings, suspensions, or terminations when necessary, per company policy; * Guiding and requiring employees to deliver outstanding Passarela customer service;\- Keeping the work team motivated.
