Execution of administrative tasks We are looking for an **organized, communicative, and committed** professional to work at the reception desk, serving as the office’s first point of contact with executives, team members, clients, and partners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reception of active and passive visitors (in-person and telephone) * Discreet and professional support to the Executive Team * Sending emails * Receiving clients, service providers, and job interview candidates * Facial recognition registration and employee photo capture * Scheduling management and meeting room verification * Filling out Excel control spreadsheets * Administrative tasks (including document digitization, among others) **Requirements:** * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and courtesy * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Punctuality and commitment to working hours * Teamwork capability **Additional Information:** * **Salary:** R$ 1.800,00 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM * **Benefits:** VA/VR Alelo R$ 28.38/day, outpatient and dental health plans (free of charge after probation period), life insurance, transportation allowance. * **Location:** Moinhos de Vento neighborhood — Porto Alegre — RS Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.800,00 — R$1.801,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
