Job Summary: Engage in consultative sales of language courses, delivering both proactive and responsive customer service, conducting follow-ups, and participating in campaigns and training sessions. Proactive and goal-oriented profile **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct **consultative sales** of language courses, guiding customers to closure; * Work with **hot leads** provided by the school; * Provide **proactive and responsive customer service** (via WhatsApp, phone, and in person); * Perform **follow\-ups**, maintain customer relationships, and ensure consistent commercial momentum; * Participate in **sales team campaigns, meetings, and training sessions**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * **Proactive and goal-oriented profile**; * Strong communication, persuasion, and resilience skills; * Organizational ability and consistency in achieving results; * Desire to grow and develop within the company. **WE OFFER** * Fixed salary of **R$ 1\.674,00** (Junior Consultant); * **Commissions per enrollment and performance-based bonuses**; * Meal allowance of **R$ 17.40/day (Caju Card)**; * Transportation allowance; * **Tuition scholarship** for Wizard courses (after gaining experience); * **Structured career path** (Junior → Pleno → Senior → Master → Management). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: **12:15 PM to 9:00 PM** Saturday: **8:30 AM to 3:45 PM** Employment type: CLT (permanent contract) Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.674,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
