Suite cleaning control, key release, and kitchen order coordination. Check-out control, billing, and cash handling operations. Inventory control and goods receipt. \*Requirements:\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash handling skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and high-quality service. We Offer: \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.607,00; after probation: R$ 2\.100,00 \+ 10% Cash Handling Bonus \*Meal Allowance:\* R$ 250,00 (after 3 months) \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* R$ 250,00 * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance Program: Biannual performance-based bonuses. \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; exact schedule to be coordinated with the manager. \*Shifts:\* Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* BR\-158, 98 \- Nossa Sra.
