The Scheduling Consultant – SDR is responsible for initiating the first contact with our customers, acting proactively, consultatively, and humanely to ensure precise, efficient, and excellent scheduling and service. This role is fundamental to delivering a positive experience from the very first interaction, while also directly contributing to the clinic’s goal achievement and performance outcomes. * Conduct active and responsive service or appointment scheduling. * Identify patient needs and offer personalized solutions. * Execute outreach sequences via WhatsApp and telephone. * Clarify questions regarding services, availability, pricing, and other details. * Re-engage patients who canceled or rescheduled appointments. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the management system. * Escalate complex cases or complaints to designated personnel when necessary. * Meet company-established scheduling targets and performance indicators. * Update customer registration data whenever required. * Adhere to established customer service standards and procedures. * Enter patient data into the system for sending consent forms. * Participate in training sessions and team alignment meetings. * Send appointment confirmations via e\-mail, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. * Monitor calendar occupancy and suggest available time slots to optimize utilization. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration. * Generate reports on volume of interactions and appointment status.
