Will be responsible for managing the operational routines of grain storage units in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), in accordance with company guidelines, acting as support to the respective unit managers. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure and assist in grain storage operations and the functioning of storage units by effectively planning activities while observing standards, quality, safety, and regularity; * Conduct studies, diagnostics, monitoring, and reviews of operational activity workflows; * Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes; * Continuously monitor grain intake and dispatch processes to optimize technical efficiency; * Oversee pest control measures at storage units, rodent control, and use of sanitizing products for units and grains; * Provide support and guidance for the management of new units, including grain flow assessment, classification, pest control, and identification of improvement opportunities; * Foster synergy among unit departments to enable information exchange. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree; * Experience in grain conservation and storage; * Experience in developing and managing grain unit processes; * Experience in people development; * Frequent travel required; * Strong communication skills. **Additional information** * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Unimed Health Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Health and wellness programs; * Wellhub/Gympass; * Pluxee Cuida (legal, financial, and social assistance); * Pharmacy partnership; * Life insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
