Accounting office seeks an Accountant Analyst in Porto Alegre. Contplan is a company specialized in financial consulting and planning. We offer customized solutions to optimize our clients' financial management. **Responsibilities:** Contributes to maintaining trial balance quality by monitoring client details to prevent future errors. Performs review and monitoring of submissions of accessory tax declarations (SPED, ECF, DIRF, DCTF, IBGE, LALUR, PERDCOMP, etc.). Reviews year-end closing declarations (DFC, DVA, Balance Sheet, DRE, etc.). Is responsible for technical training of new employees to enhance sector-specific knowledge. Monitors onboarding of new clients, providing necessary support for retention; in case of client departure, performs corresponding closure. Monitors task completion and Lean workflow execution. Tracks support tickets in Agidesk. Supervises the new client integration department and validates data quality, file formats, parameters, among others. Reviews the e\-post checklist in advance to avoid schedule issues. Assists the team in resolving problems to prevent timeline delays. Provides technical support regarding Questor system configuration. Monitors return of rejections from the integration department. Identifies and resolves pending items forwarded by the corporate department (negative certificate and other departmental requests). Monitors and assists in collection of amounts to be classified. Monitors and reviews declaration corrections. Supports Q\-help requests and e\-mails until resolution. Assists the supervisor in analyzing equity accounts, verifying fiscal closing, and performing preliminary trial balance review. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Financial Planning Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
