Job Summary: The Product Owner is responsible for executing and evolving products, collaborating with the development team to define the backlog and track deliveries, translating strategic guidelines into consistent execution. Structure, prioritize, and maintain the development team's backlog The Product Owner is responsible for executing and evolving specific products or initiatives, working directly with the development team to define the backlog, conduct refinements, and track deliveries. They monitor initiative metrics, identify technical risks, translate strategic guidelines into consistent execution, and provide timely support for high-impact decisions. * Refine and evolve the product/domain vision based on already-defined strategic guidelines; * Lead tactical discovery, validating hypotheses with data, analysis, and rapid learnings; * Structure, prioritize, and maintain the development team's backlog, including epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria; * Conduct frequent backlog refinements with the development team, ensuring shared understanding of functional, technical, and business requirements; * Evaluate KPIs for initiatives, analyzing cost, effort, expected impact, basic ROI, and trade-offs; * Identify, document, and track technical risks, collaborating with the team on mitigation and scope adjustments; * Monitor execution and make low-to-medium impact scope decisions to ensure delivery flow; * Track product and delivery metrics, reporting results, learnings, and required adjustments.
