**Job Opening: Kitchen Assistant \| Menino Deus Unit** **We are a Restaurant Network with 7 units in the city of Porto Alegre/RS.** We are looking for a **dynamic, organized person who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty** to join our team! If you enjoy the vibrant environment of restaurants and snack bars and have agility in food preparation, this position is for you. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Grill Station Operation:** Preparing sandwiches, hamburgers, meats, and portions quickly and to quality standards. * **Preparation (Mise en Place):** Cutting vegetables and meats, preparing sauces and fillings. * **Organization:** Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and utensils during service. * **General Support:** Assisting with other kitchen tasks as required by workflow demands. **Requirements:** * Prior experience on the grill or in commercial kitchens (a plus). * **Agility and punctuality** are essential. * Basic knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices. * Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team under pressure. * **MUST RESIDE IN THE MENINO DEUS NEIGHBORHOOD OR NEARBY AREAS** **What we offer:** * Starting salary: **R$ 1\.930,00** * **R$ 324,00** (Hazard pay — 20%) * **R$ 250,00** (Attendance bonus) * On-site meals. * Transportation voucher. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Work Schedule** **6 days on, 1 day off** Compensation: R$1\.930,00 \- R$2\.316,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
