Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in internal sales, telesales, commercial customer service, or sales in general; * Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a negotiation-oriented profile; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results focus. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in active prospecting (sales via phone, WhatsApp, or PAP).
