Assisting in test scheduling and documentation **Education** Completed Elementary Education \+ Specific Course in Mechanical or Footwear Engineering OR Currently pursuing a Technical High School Program in Mechanical, Leather Processing, or Footwear Engineering. **Experience** Experience in mechanical testing of footwear, textiles, leather, and/or polymeric materials; Preference for experience in the footwear industry **Knowledge** Familiarity with ABNT NBR 17025:2017 standard is desirable General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. **Responsibilities** Serve and guide internal and external clients as well as suppliers. Classify, organize, prepare, and store equipment, instruments, and materials for testing, in accordance with pre-established quality, safety, environmental, hygiene, and health standards. Assist in scheduling, conducting, and documenting destructive and non-destructive tests according to pre-established standards and norms. Assist in collecting and maintaining data and information within the scope of responsibility, following established processes and routines. Participate in developing, executing, controlling, and updating departmental processes. Participate in developing, executing, and monitoring planning, budgeting, and team management processes within the area of responsibility and/or integrated teams.
