Driven by results, as a Tracking Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing our transportation operations in real time, ensuring cargo safety, route compliance, and supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure our vehicles arrive at the right place, at the right time—guaranteeing quality and reliability in every operation. Work Model: On-site – Mercopampa Headquarters (Santa Maria/RS) • Initial daytime training period lasting 1 month • After training, shift work on a 12x36 schedule during night shifts Your Daily Responsibilities: • Monitor vehicles en route using tracking systems • Track routes and deadlines, ensuring adherence to logistical schedules • Support contract management by monitoring scopes, SLAs, and operational base obligations • Identify incidents occurring during transit and immediately notify responsible teams • Ensure proper system handling of incidents—including accidents, trip cancellations, and delays—to maintain company operational performance • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tracking and monitoring processes What You Need to Take on This Challenge: • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields within Social Sciences or Exact Sciences • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proactive, responsible attitude with an ownership mindset • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), route planning, cargo tracking, and monitoring is considered a plus Benefits Offered: • Unimed health insurance • Flexible meal/voucher allowance • Commuter allowance or transportation voucher • Partnership with SEST SENAT (Dental care, Physical therapy, Nutrition counseling, Psychological support) • Life insurance Join us as a RESULTS DRIVER!
