The apprentice will primarily perform operational support and information analysis tasks, gaining hands-on learning opportunities and developing both technical and behavioral skills throughout the contract period. Throughout the program, the apprentice will be part of a team prepared to guide, share knowledge, and provide real-life exposure to departmental routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** The apprentice will be responsible for supporting departmental operations by performing activities such as: * Preparing and updating reports and analyses. * Operational support, including inventory management assistance, material shipment support, and logistics tracking. * Controlling and completing spreadsheets and organizing documents. * Providing general support to departmental needs, monitoring internal processes, and contributing to smooth operational execution. **Desired Experience:** Familiarity with basic computer tools. Interest in learning and developing within the field. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills** Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. Good communication and ability to work in a team. Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Tools** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for control spreadsheets.
